Dyslexia Smart Courses – Sneak Peek

Welcome to the Dyslexia Smart Teacher program!
The schedule for the program is below.
As you can see, the live sessions take place on three Thursdays throughout the program.
You can work through the online modules at your own pace (even starting today), which gives you a lot of flexibility.
Week 1 – Module 1: What Are Dyslexia and ADHD?
Week 2 – Live Session 1 (Thursday, October 29)
Week 3 – Module 2: Dyslexia & ADHD Smart Language Classes
Week 4 – Module 3: Creating and Adapting Materials, Homework & Exams
Week 5 – Assignment
Week 6 – Live Session 2 (Thursday, November 26)
Week 7 – Module 4: Self-Esteem & Emotional Intelligence
Week 8 – Module 5: Effective Communication Around SLDs
Week 9 – Module 6: Other Specific Learning Differences (SLDs)
Final live session – Thursday, January 14
Each module includes a series of short videos, text summaries, and a few quiz questions. Feel free to watch the videos more than once — and don’t hesitate to pause and take notes along the way!
When it comes to quizzes, make sure you answer all the questions correctly before you move on to the next part. (They’re here to help you lock in the key ideas!)
The live sessions are scheduled on Thursdays. During Week 1, I’ll send you an email with the available time slots so you can choose the time that suits you best.
After completing Module 3, you’ll have a practical assignment that you can do either alone or with another teacher on the program. I’ll tell you more about it during the first live session.
